Sometimes you just get a check on how lucky you are ... I occasionally have work that takes me into run downs parts of towns or cities.
Today was that day (8th July - delay on podcast episodes ) - If they had added the word " Park " to Lipson Road it might have made it a bit better.
A converted late Victorian house carved up into three dingy flats and on a miserable afternoon I visited this nice young family trapped with the two children in their rented, badly maintained first floor prison . Grim
