I try to avoid AI technology. I hope I can keep clear of it. However, it seems every time you Google search something there's AI in there somewhere and the music world is - for sure - using it.
Deepfakes I had very little clue about but they are videos, picture or audio clips, made with artificial intelligence to look real.
They can be used for fun, or even for scientific research, but sometimes they're used to impersonate people like politicians or world leaders, in order to deliberately mislead people.
Its scary stuff - I think I'll keep trying to avoid it - Luddite like I am ..
