Sorry this is a terrible play on the Glenn Frey ( Eagles) "The Heat is on". I didn't realise that the track only featured on the European version of the album the "Allnighter" - Freys solo album in 1984. I thought it was the best track.
The Heating's on was a working title - using the bass line from the song. We were having smart meters fitted on the day I finished it to tell us exactly how much energy we use at any one time ( frightening ) - especially when the kettle goes on.
Perhaps I should re-name the tune The Kettles On or Turn that Light Out. Its an upbeat Friday tune - and as I do a lot of driving up and down the M5 - I'll probably play it very loud on my wayback at about 5pm tonight .
