This is not a profound song at all. As we become middle aged and eventually old aged.. it becomes harder to change direction - even if you want to ( obvious really - but you never consider it until its way, way too late ). This was one such attempt -which was accurately (if rather cruelly) summed up in the expression " Keep on Walking " .
