You need to quieten down the gate keeper so you can access the subconscious mind. 

Here’s how: 

• Make your affirmations a morning or evening practice as you’re brain waves are slower. 
• Get yourself into a deep meditation state to slow the brain waves down even more and shut off that anaylysic mind. 
• Now you’re in, and now you can repeat those sexy affirmations knowing they’re hitting the sweet spot inside the subconscious mind.  Repeat that daily in THAT way, and once you’re subsinscous mind accepts the affirmation as truth (which is will if each affirmation is infused with a feeling of truth), oooooh baby. You’ll be among the elite before you know it.
