Speaking of certifiable LOL, when you're out there owning diamonds or looking into diamonds, understand that there are no laws to guide the diamond industry and the grading of diamonds and jewelers can say anything they want about the quality of your diamonds (...and most don't know how to grade anyway and I mean over 90%) and so knowing who is grading and ultimately valuing your diamond is not only important, it is paramount in the process.
