·     We self-sabotage because we are wired for comfort, not happiness or change.

·     We self-sabotage because we are human, not because we are weak or have character flaws.

·     Self-sabotage can show us our needs. And these needs are often unmet and in need of our attention.

·     And self-sabotage is part of the process as we grow, so it shouldn’t alarm us or cause us to give up our goals.
