Season 1, Episode 22 - In today's episode, we talk about contentment - what it is, what it isn't, and why it benefits our wellness.

We will also look at a wellness practice for the week, what is making this week good, and a mindfulness meditation (based on 1 Timothy 6).

Good Therapy defines contentment as
Being happy with what you have,
Who you are,
And where you are.
It is respecting the reality of the present.

How do we grow contentment - here are ten ideas.
1. Live in the present day.
2. Be a student of what gives you life.
3. Forgive and let go.
4. Be curious about what God is doing.
5. Give up complaining for a season.
6. Take 30-minutes to clean your office.
7. Live in a grey, not just black and white, world.
8. Embrace that no one knows and that is OK.
9. Make a list of the rest of this year's big rocks and let that be enough.
10. Listen to your heart.
