Jesus led by servant leadership - a kind of leadership focused on love, compassion, and self-awareness. He cared for others in community, inviting them to build God's kingdom together.
How does his leadership inform our leadership?
Self-leadership invites us to build on the foundation of Jesus and ask how we lead ourselves and become the leaders God invites us to be?
Over the 2-part series we will look at 4 questions:
1. How do I lead like Jesus?
2. Who do I want to be in this new season?
3. How do I want to treat others?
4. How do I want to move my life and the things I care about forward?
Today will we also look at A Wellness practice of the week, What is making this week good & a Mindfulness Meditation on Colossians 3:23-24
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving
