Season 1, Episode 3 - Mindful Mornings.

Love is key - love for God, others, and self.  In this equation, we often leave ourselves out, and yet, it doesn't have to be that way.  

Today we look at mindfulness as a simple way to increase wellness.  Join in learning a simple exercise and finding doable possibilities for wellness.  Our mindfulness meditation text is Isaiah 40:31.
