How to increase visitors
1. Address curb appeal
2. Open the front doors on Sunday
3. Make sure your outgoing phone message is helpful
4. Have an updated website.
5. Use social media
6. Get involved in the community
7. Equip your attendees to invite
8. Assess what may stop visitors from attending
9. Put reaching new people on your church's agenda
10. Be a cheerleader for visitors
Once visitors arrive, do these things:
1. Hospitality matters
2. Welcome people from the front
3. Have pew section leaders
4. Give them a gift
5. Before the closing, acknowledge visitors again and invite them to meet you.
6. Connect them at fellowship time.
7. Follow up with them on Monday
8. Offer a monthly "discovery" time
9. Start a database
10. Start new small groups
