This episode provides the blueprint for trainers trying to be successful online - both through the business side of things and effectively coaching remotely. The online fitness coaching space is very saturated right now, which means you have to set yourself apart from all the noise. 

We talk about our story (complete with our successes and failures) as an example, then we get into the nitty gritty of the business - scaling, creating packages, and nailing your consultation call. Because of the inherent challenges to online coaching, you need to share information in a clear and concise way to build a positive rapport. We unpack what that entails, then we discuss the individualized programming side of things. It’s always important to find a balance between giving your clients what they want while guiding their programming with your expertise. Communication, assessments, and regular check-ins are key!
