Description

Jason is an athletic trainer as well as fitness coach for 15 years. He has worked with Division 1 athletes, professional baseball players, 75 year old ladies and everyone in between. He pays special attention to helping people get strong and flexible while also getting them out of pain. He believes that there is always something that can be done to work with or around and injury and thinks 'just resting' the injury is bullshit advice. He is the father of an 8 year old budding athlete and thinks the dad bod never should have become a thing.

He also thinks coffee is a hot beverage regardless of the temperature outside.
