We had the opportunity to sit down with one of the Strongest Women in the World, Christina Bangma. Christina owns a training facility called In Strong in Huntington, Indiana.
She has an awesome story of starting her fitness journey as a single mother, finding strongman and opening a gym with her partner, then winning a list of Strongman accolades and titles in her 30s. We talk with Christina about her journey to building a community of strength in a small town.
We also talk extensively about getting into the sport of Strongman, what a competition looks like, how to train and eat for success, and more.
