We wanted to use today’s episode to talk about something very new and exciting that we just launched. It is our first foundational mobility and strength program: STRONGER

This program is for anyone who has plateaued with their strength or body composition goals. It's not a beginner program, but also not advanced. We recommend at least one year of general strength training under your belt before starting this program.

We also highly recommend access to equipment. It’s designed as a gym program but you can get away with not having every single thing and modifying a bit if you have a home gym setup.

This 12 week program was created to help you break through plateaus, improve your body composition, increase your strength, master the lifts, plus gain mobility and confidence.
