STARR (Specialist Tactical Armaments and Regional Recon) was initially put together by a select group of like-minded Military and Police officials who saw a need for counterterrorism and
security services that couldn’t be provided through the proper channels. They operate under the radar and with a grey moral code - their motto is “Save the Innocent - even if it means burning
down the world.”

Patricia Bates and Angel Nyx said they were looking for more authors for their project STARR, so we’re opening up our platform to help promote the project and hopefully get them some new authors and some ARC readers and anything else they need because they are awesome!
