On this 10th of October 2024, it is World Mental Health Day, this is the reason why I wanted to offer you something helpful for your mental health...

Of course it had to be a breathwork as it is one of the self-care practices that changed my life in the most profound way. 

During this short breathwork, I am giving you the opportunity to connect deeply to your body through the breath. 

It is a down-regulating journey which will help you to tap into your parasympathetic response to calm and relax your nervous system.
