We’d love to hear from you! Send us a text!

Loneliness is underneath more of our struggles than we realize. And one thing we know for sure is that we were created for connection. Kim Anderson, from Elevate Moms, returns for part 3 (of our 3-part series) to discuss why finding other mom friends is so important, not only for us but also for our children! Finding other moms to do life with can be genuinely hard, and we will examine the real reason why. This kind of village doesn’t happen by accident… it has to be built ON PURPOSE. You may find Kim at elevatemoms.com

Elizabeth Pehrson created The Exchange in 2015. The Exchange is a monthly event     for ALL adult women. Women who work outside the home. And women who work in the home. Women who are single. And women who are married. Women who are moms. Women who are grand-moms. No matter what season of life you are in, The Exchange is here to inspire you to live life ON PURPOSE and WITH INTENTION.
The Exchange is a non-profit that provides an environment for women to hear practical advice from topics Elizabeth has read and life lessons she has learned, and is currently learning. Equipping us to become better women tomorrow than we are today. And to ultimately use that to pour back into those around us.
