About Jim:
Jim leads Digital Strategy and Operations for HonorHealth, a 6 hospital system in Arizona. His leadership style is focused on delivering results by building consensus with peers, inspiring his direct reports to grow to their potential and motivating those around him to reach their goals. After creating HonorHealth's first transformation strategy, he led its implementation with the ground up creation of H2Go, a consumer digital healthcare platform for patients which achieved top quartile results in patient engagement. For HonorHealth’s caregivers, his team delivered top quartile experience of our nurses and physicians with technology. In addition he co-createdHonorHealth Innovations: an healthcare company incubator and investment group embedded within the health system. Beyond these examples, he plays a leading role in transforming the organization through effective governance, accountability and better decision making.
