The online space is a crowded space with so much noise so how do you stand out and attract the right customers to your offer?

In this episode, I talk the importance of having a solid strategy in place so that you can plan how you are going to attract and convert clients online to purchase your online course. I talk about the customers journey and the various stages involved in taking a potential customer from someone who knows they have a problem to someone who needs and wants exactly what you have to offer.

In the online space, building the "know, like, and trust" factor is crucial to achieving sales and so I talk about how to enhance each stage of the customer journey to that your potential customer moves forward to the next stage. I provide examples of different types of funnels and outline a simple funnel for selling online courses.
