What does rest mean to you? Do you have a narrow set of activities or conditions that need to be met before you can relax and get some rest? Do you think of rest as something scarce or something that needs to be deserved? 

In this week's episode, Maria talks about expanding our definition of rest by 1) getting curious about your rules around rest, and discovering new activities that may be fun and restful for you; 2) learning how to cultivate a restful mindset throughout the day and have your own back even as you do your work; and 3) learning how working through difficult thoughts and feelings can be a form of rest in itself.
