In this session, we explore the scorn, pain, and suffering Jesus endured, and his ultimate sacrifice that demonstrated God’s great love for humanity. He was silent to false accusations and chose to endure the suffering of injustice for the sake of the atonement. The innocent Savior died for the sin of the world. Further, we discuss the events following his death, the discovery of the empty tomb, and the spreading of rumors about his resurrection.
