In this podcast, we sit down with former Hockey national champion and 2022 Adrian College graduate Matt Eller.
We discuss what it was like to win a national title and be the best in the country at something while also building a home away from home.
The best part of Adrian College is that it is small, which forces everyone to get to know each other, and it continues to have a very loyal hockey fan base that shows up year after year to support them until the end.
After finishing school, Matt joined the family business with his father and brother. That business is a commercial cleaning company.
Eller says he is more focused on finances + working to find the happy medium between growth and building the best product.
In addition, we touch on how companies get into trouble when they overextend or hire too fast.
On a brighter note, it’s translated to the Eller family business getting more looks. Due to the fact, office buildings are unsatisfied with their current cleaning company.
Finally, we asked Matt what he is curious about that others may not expect… and the answer may surprise you.
