Darci Smith is an MBA graduate, former soccer player, and animal lover! She is passionate about helping people find their confidence and their purpose in the workforce. After completing her education, she worked for a corporate company as a hiring manager where she conducted interviews and trained on best hiring practices. In 2017 she took those valuable skills and transitioned her career into recruiting and career coaching full time.
