Have you ever been told to get out of your head and into your body? In the spiritual world, we sometimes make thinking, or being up in our heads, seem like a bad thing. But it doesn’t have to be. There is a ‘right way’ to use your brain and explore… and that is when it’s led from the heart.
Heart-led thinking means being fully present in your body and in the NOW, not distracted by remembering everything that went wrong yesterday or feeling anxious about the things you need to do tomorrow. It’s similar to meditation in that it taps deeply into your intuition, but heart-led thinking is more active — you can think of it as an uplifting thought exploration that connects you to your heart energy, without an agenda or judgment.
This type of thinking is slower and more spacious, creating room for bigger a-ha! moments and massive creative sparks!
