What does it mean to have integrity?
It's a buzzword being thrown around quite a lot at the moment. But what does it mean to you?
If you google the meaning of integrity, you'll find many different examples.
Integrity is the practise of being honest and sticking to your moral code.
Living in accordance to your deepest values. Being self aware and continually checking in with how things are sitting with you.
Its speaking up when your voice shakes, its sharing your beliefs even when you will be condemned for them.
For me, integrity is one of my highest values.
