If you've been emotionally abused you know that memory is something directly affected. Today, I am interviewing my memory health coach, Francine Waskavitz.

She is giving tips and information about how to help repair your memory after emotional abuse. So, if you've been thinking there is no help for your memory, you're going to want to listen in! Our brain's are neuroplastic so that means we can absolutely change our brains and improve our memories!

Whether you encountered a narcissist or not, emotional abuse has devastating affects our our brains and our memory. But I want you to be hopeful that you can absolutely improve this even after a toxic relationship.

Francine Waskavitz is a Speech-Language Pathologist turned Memory Health Coach for women. After years of treating memory dysfunction in the traditional healthcare setting, Francine recognized a huge gap in the system that left women with ADHD, anxiety, menopause changes and/or trauma without any support to work on focus and memory problems.

Francine went back to school to become an Integrative Health and Nutrition coach and leverages her expertise in memory with her passion for brain health and intentional living to help women feel more focused and less forgetful.

You can find Francine on Instagram @FrancineWaskavitz. Currently, Francine helps women with 1:1 coaching and offers a free consultation call to share your concerns and learn more about how she can help.
