As survivors of emotional abuse and narcissistic abuse often struggle with feelings of shame and guilt. But we really have to define these things and understand where it's coming from
I always bring it back to the subconscious mind so I'll be sharing some common beliefs that survivors often hold within that keeps them circulating these feelings of shame and or guilt. Once we uncover some of these beliefs, we can begin to challenge them and give ourselves some relief from it.
Shame and guilt can be paralyzing but you deserve to free yourself from this if you are willing to explore your subconscious beliefs, reframe it and consider other possibilities!
