The Tlahuelpuchi typically appears as an attractive woman during the day. However, at night, it undergoes a transformation, growing wings and becoming a fearsome creature with sharp teeth and claws. In its transformed state, it seeks out victims to feed upon, often targeting infants, the elderly, or those who are vulnerable or sick.
