In this episode I talk about women saying that they wish to "give no fucks" like me ... which shocked me at first. But I considered how I got to this point and WHY. Here are my top three points:
1. When you really own who you are (and who you aren't) ... what you're good at and what you aren't ... you become your authentic self. When you are your AUTHENTIC self ... it's WAY easier to be confident in who you are to the point where you don't give fucks
2. NEXT IT energy is the idea of just taking action ... moving forward every day and not pausing. If you PAUSE, you overthink. If you take ACTION ... you just keep moving and don't worry about what others think.
3. Like Don Miguel says: "dont take anything personally" ... because everyone on this earth has opinions based on their own book of law.
