Shut Up, Suit Up, Show Up
I heard a phrase recently that stopped me in my tracks. Three simple words from a gentleman who reminded me what real work, real joy, and real purpose actually look like. I won’t break it down here — you’ll have to listen to the episode to find out what that is!
What I will say is this: joy doesn’t come from sitting back or waiting for life to hand you something. Joy comes from working. From bringing your gifts, your energy, and your whole heart into what you do. When you show up fully, you’re serving others — and that’s why we’re here. That’s the work.
