Welcome friends to Episode 5 of The Life Right Here. Today's episode is a guided practice - last week our main topic was Sadhana (any nourishing practice done with awareness that regenerates our energy and brings presence and peace to our body, mind and heart) and how it is a pillar of the coaching that I do and my own daily life and I wanted to introduce you to a practice that can be done as part of your own Sadhana!
Today’s practice is a therapeutic tool from Yoga & Ayurveda that I am SO in love with…Sanskrit Mantra which is my passion and my students love it too.
This episode has an intro to explain what mantra is and the benefits of this particular mantra and then we dive into the practice. Don't forget I always upload a BONUS episode of the practice that you can jump straight into at any point to make it easier to practice.
The practice itself ends up being about 10 minutes (in my intro I say about 6 minutes) and I have been having some trouble with a cough / throat issue this week and was having trouble sustaining the sound at some points (oh dear!) but as I mention in the episode this is not about what it sounds like - so I forged ahead.
