During this episode of the Career Ready Podcast, we discuss tips to help make the job search process less stressful. We also talk about using local job boards as a resource, including COD’s Chaps Get Hired and answer a listener mail question about disability disclosure. 
Topic #1 : Learn about using Chaps Get Hired, the College of DuPage’s local job board with Michelle. Does your local college have a job board? It might be a great place to see job opportunities. 

Topic #2 : The job search process is stressful, and it often feels like there is a lot of pressure to find the perfect position quickly. Rebecca leads the career specialists discussion with tips to make the search process easier, including how to structure your time, stay organized, and keep positive.  

Topic #3 : Pierre answers a listener question related to National Disability Employment Awareness Month. “When I apply for jobs, they ask if I have a disability. Do I have to answer this? I don’t think it is fair for employers to ask this.”
