Description

In my focus this week and in setting up my week, I am trying something new. Rather than merely setting goals for the week. I am setting intentions and goals. 

Intentions is when I set an aim, which allows for things to unfold and for me to show up and meet each moment as it is. Whilst I am taking steps and creating energy towards the things I want to unfold in that moment or day. 

Where as a goal is a defined thing with a set outcome. I look forward to sharing my reflections at the end of the week of how this process went.
