Description

Today I decided to go for a walk/job to get some movement in my body because I was feeling stressed and because I haven't been able to get much training in. 

I set an intention for the day "to do things differently' and to allow myself to take the next step. My intention for the walk/jog was 3km at a comfortable pace. 

I surprised myself and this energy carried into my day and more things came up that really did surprise me.
