I've been thinking a lot about the obstacles my clients face and what is the main reason for not achieving their goals, and it also made me think of my own journey as a life coach. 

My deepest desire is to help my clients break through their self-imposed limitations because we are the ones that we decide when to quit and when to stop believing in ourselves, and we are creating so much mind drama around it. 

Our minds thrive on exaggerating and overcomplicating things, so with this episode, I aim to show you how to make any goal possible and stop believing the excuses that your mind is telling you. 

I was struggling when I was starting my business. My mind convinced me that it would be so hard, and it seemed like a lot of information wasn't available to me, or I couldn't afford it then. It took a lot of effort to keep showing up and believing that my success was inevitable, even when there was no evidence that it would happen.
