I want to talk this week about a concept that changed absolutely everything for me, and what it’s done for clients is unbelievable. I first implemented this process when I was working on processing my negative emotions. And since then, I have used it every time I catch myself trying to avoid negative emotions. 

We talked last week about giving up. And when you feel like you want to give up, you need to stop and check with yourself if all this comes up because you are not dealing with negative emotions. And the best news is that the sooner you start, the more significant the impact it will have on your life.
