Armchair Champions, on this episode we check in with the Newcastle Knights and friend of ours "Mitch Barnett". Barney talks about the Knights form and what the new coach has as his expectations. He talks about the good form of his teammates and the injuries suffered from the weekend. Barney tells us about his recovery from his serious injury and when he should be back on the paddock. As always, we have a lot of laughs with Barney and it's always a pleasure catching up with him.
