We all have childhood memories, some are really traumatic, and some are amazing. There's a lot that happened to us at that time. Between the ages of 2 and 6, us little innocent & vulnerable kiddies once built all these stories to structure the "ego". The ego is built on the foundations of a number of experiences we had as children.
In this episode we take a look at how that impacts our livelihoods as well as the decisions we make on a day to day basis. We may not realise, but when we were in early childhood, we actually made a number of decisions to deal with all the shitty surprises that hit us. Funny enough, we are still making those same decisions in our adult life.
Learn more about how to become aware of these decisions, what to do next, and how to stay grounded when you get triggered to go into debilitating emotions like anger, total unconsciousness, frustration, incapability, as well as making silly and rash decisions.
