1. Ask ‘What?’ Not ‘Why?’
- ‘Why do I feel this way?’ leads to overthinking. Instead, ask ‘What am I feeling?’ and ‘What patterns keep showing up?’
2. Seek ‘Loving Critics’
- Find 2-3 people who will be honest but kind and ask for feedback
3. Practice ‘Pre-Mortems’
- Before a big decision, imagine it failed. Ask: ‘What could I have overlooked?’ This surfaces blind spots before they become setbacks."
