In this episode, Michelle shares 5 steps that you can take to help maximize your morning.  She shares her experience from teaching 6 am fitness classes and what she sees happens with members who sign up, and then don't show up.  She understands that getting up early isn't easy, but knows that the steps that she outlines, will help.  And, that getting up early is so worthwhile.
