*Reads in ancient Greek* 'Ποταμών άφρω μορμύροντα ιδών' That's what Homer called a boiling river's sound, in the Iliad. The word moved to Latin keeping its meaning and then into French to describe a human hum. Which is, what it has come to mean in modern Greek. ΜΟΥΡΜΟΥΡΑ/MURMUR
