 Do you ever feel like you have such a clear picture of a memory and then it  turns out not to be true? Have you ever heard the saying "I can't even remember what I had for breakfast"? Life is all about making memories, but do we ever work on keeping them? Here we focus on what could be done to retain memory, keep focus, and stay on task. We all want to keep memories near and dear but it seems like more diseases such as Alzheimer's and Dementia get closer and closer to home so this week let's put our mind to the test and work on elasticity.
