How to create a good habit. The 1st law (Cue): Make it obvious. The 2nd law (Craving): Make it attractive. The 3rd law (Response): Make it easy. Your life can be made easy if you focus on your small easy tasks first and then add others into your routine. Life can get hectic and we all try to reduce our stress and depression so we have a couple of principles that can help you get out of your head.
