When our vision is the thing driving the actions, then no matter what the traffic, or looking good conversations that arise, we get to our destination. Also, when our vision is shared by a team, or even 1 other person there is power in collaboration. Inviting others into our vision is a powerful step: want to go fast go alone, want to go far go together.
