We caught up with Tessa Wernink at the end of last year. Tessa is a changemaker and activist and helps businesses be as impactful as possible through her consultancy The Whole Works.
She is also the Co-Founder of Fairphone one of the coolest organisations leading the change in the smartphone industry. Now Tessa runs The Whole Works and the undercover activists - focussing on organisational change and workplace resilience. Joss and Tessa discussed activism, purpose and storytelling and explored what businesses can do to visualise what is important and ultimately take action.
