Melissa Gambone is a personal trainer, mindfulness coach, yoga & meditation teacher, barre & Pilates instructor, and pre/postnatal movement specialist. She founded Motion Melissa to help women ditch toxic diet & fitness culture and focus on actually feeling good in their bodies through mindful movement. Melissa offers virtual personal training, pre/postnatal fitness guidance, and mindfulness coaching, as well as online programming  at Motion Studio.
