053. Heather joins us from Canberra, Australia to share her third pregnancy at 41. She didn’t think her family was complete after her second daughter, but as the years went by, she wasn’t sure it was going to happen. Join us as she tells us how it only took one holiday to have a great third pregnancy. Her goal of the pregnancy was to never see a doctor her entire pregnancy. She also explains how food played a role in her pregnancy to control gestational diabetes, and how labor stalled after going to the birthing center.
