I know that the Intuitive Eating journey is not linear. There's a mixed of emotions involved, including grief, sadness and regret. Those emotions need to be validated, and included as part of the process. But, there's also so many positives that come out of going through the discomfort of change.
As someone who has recovered from my own history of disordered eating & body image issues, I want to share 6 reasons why staying committed to my healing journey was SO worth it, even on those tough days.
