The north England cities of Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool are very different from each other. I've spent time in all three, and they all have positives and a few negatives.
In this interview, I asked some people which city they preferred. Not a real scientific poll, but I think their answers give a pretty clear idea as the what each city is like.
